A deposit of 20% of the total balance is due at the time of booking. We use Paypal to accept credit cards, a personal check will also be accepted. (An administration fee of $20.00 will apply for any and all payment transactions other than check or money order. Details of how to send payment to follow.)
If you are sending a check, this must be received within 7 business days of submitting
your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. A security
deposit of $150.00 must also be received 30 days prior to your arrival with your balance.
This will be refunded within 14 days of your departure once our management company has
checked the property. A completed registration form must also be returned with your
balance. A cleaning fee of $75.00 will be assessed on any stay of 5 nights or less.
Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check out is 10am on the day of departure.
